Island Property Market Should Improve Come Spring
It's thought the Island's property market, which has taken a substanial hit over the past 18 months could begin the road to normality in a matter of months.
Traditionally the market is always quiet over the winter months with increased interesting coming as we move into the Spring and Summer period.
According to Residential Director for Estate Agents Black Grace Cowley although the Island has taken a signifcant hit as a result of the economic downturn it's a pattern that he has seen numerous times.
