An award-winning UK author has written about the Isle of Man in a new book based on exploring the islands of Britain.
Patrick Barkham, who writes for the Guardian, features the Island in his book Islander: A Journey Around Our Archipelago.
The Isle of Man is one of the places featured, and Mr Barham writes about history, wildlife and landscapes.
He also investigates the Island's egaming industry and how cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin are developing in the local economy.
