Island charity loses contract to protect vulnerable

Vital assistance will be delivered to the Island's most vulnerable families - by a UK charity:

That's the director of the Children and Families Service.

She believes it will address past failures by Health and Social Care following recommendations made by Scotland's Care Inspectorate in 2013..

Family Action will launch next month - taking over from The Children's Centre.
