A number of people photographed a swirling disc in the Island's skies last night and posted their shots to local astronomical groups on social media.
Many wondered if they'd seen a UFO - but the explanation is far more earthbound.
The swirling disc was sunlight reflecting off an Elon Musk rocket's dumped fuel after a SpaceX launch.
