Isle of Man Transport has issued a safety reminder for pupils using the school bus services.
It comes as bus drivers are reporting students stepping in front of the bus into the main flow of traffic to cross the road while people are still getting off.
Drivers say they find it frustrating seeing it happen in front of them when they can't do anything about it.
As a result, Pupils are asked to wait until the bus has left the bus stop before crossing the road so they can see in both directions.
