Isle of Man Post Office has poorly communicated its recent changes to the public.
That's according to the Chief Minister, who says the messages concerning Douglas and Ramsey postal operations weren't handled as they should have been.
Allan Bell told us he has voiced his disapproval with its management.
Mannin Retail is taking over the offices, which will move into nearby SPAR stores.
