The journalist who uncovered Michelle Mone's links to a company supplying PPE equipment during the pandemic has been named news reporter of the year by the Press Awards.
David Conn of The Guardian spent two years investigating Baroness Mone and PPE Medpro - she denied links to the company before admitting in an online video she'd lied.
The judges praised Conn's stamina, tenacity and courage.
The UK's National Crime Agency is investigating allegations of fraud and bribery involving the company, which Baroness Mone denies.
