The Infrastructure Minister 'isn't hopeful' the Horse Trams will run this year.
That's the admission from Tim Crookall in Tynwald this morning.
It comes following questions from Garff MHK Daphne Caine who asked when the horse tramway will be completed and if the Minister would make a statement.
In response, Mr Crookall claimed there had been 'considerable difficulty' securing materials to finish the trams.
The Minister said he was 'very disappointed' that he couldn't give a completion date:
