The Health Minister has confirmed an independent review of Noble’s Hospital will be carried out in the near future.
It follows heavy criticism after it was revealed a number of clinicians had written to management and Tynwald members to raise concerns about how things were being run.
In the House of Keys yesterday David Anderson was accused of not taking an active interest in the situation – something he denied.
He said the situation had affected staff morale at the hospital but maintained many clinicians were content with how the hospital was being operating.
Mr Anderson says a report to assess where things can be improved will be happening:
