More than 56,000 people travelled through the airport in April.
New figures released by the Department of Infrastructure show a 1.7 per cent increase in the number of people using Ronaldsway compared to the previous year.
Five routes showed increases in traffic with Liverpool, London Gatwick, London City and Dublin and Norwich faring well.
However the Scottish routes and routes to the North East didn’t do as well recording a drop of just over 30 per cent.
