The Imperial Hotel in Douglas is set to be demolished.
A planning application has been submitted to knock down the former hotel building which is on Castlemona Terrace on Central Promenade.
As well as demolishing the hotel work would be undertaken to stabilise and protect the boundary and adjacent party wall.
The application was submitted on March 8th and is currently pending consideration.
