Immigration advice on the Island has been described as an unregulated 'wild west'.
This week in the House of Keys Treasury Minister Dr Alex Allinson faced questions about the industry, and revealed there is no regulation on the Island currently.
Dr Allinson said the Department for Enterprise is consulting about employment agencies with a view to improving regulation in that industry sector.
