Ramsey's Minor Injuries Unit is closed today.
Manx Care says the unit will be shut because of staff sickness.
It a statement on Facebook, it says people should go to Emergency Department at Noble's Hospital instead.
And it adds for minor ailments or illnesses, one of the Island's Community Pharmacies may be able to help.
