The Mountain Road remains shut this morning after freezing overnight weather.
Police closed the route just before 10.30pm last night because of icy patches formed after snowfall and sub-zero temperatures.
Officers say they've inspected the road this morning and it remains too dangerous for traffic.
As a result it'll remain shut between Barrule Park in Ramsey and the Creg ny Baa Back Road.
