Hundreds of people are being paid benefits and pensions by government cheque after the end of the MiCard scheme.
So says Treasury Minister Chris Thomas, who faced questions about the payments in the House of Keys this week.
Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper asked about people who didn't have bank accounts and how they were being paid.
