Household survey will be used to target NI Fund

The Island's National Insurance Fund needs to be properly targeted in line with the needs of Manx people.

That's according to the Treasury Minister following the release of the Household Income and Expenditure Survey.

It shows that households spent the most per week on housing, fuel and power - an average of £88 a week.

Eddie Teare says it highlights the need to get the new system right as circumstances alter over time:
