
House prices in the Isle of Man are on the up – despite the credit crunch causing a fall in the UK’s housing market.
Over the last year the average cost of a home on the Island has risen by over 11%.
In the UK it’s fallen by up to 6%.
The figures come from Manx government’s quarterly economic report.
