Staff in the Clerk of Tynwald's Office have been instructed not to provide a suspended North Douglas MHK with any services.
John Houghton's been banned from the Tynwald precinct - meaning he's barred from entering any part of the Legislative Buildings including the chambers, committee rooms and public areas.
