Bus stops at Noble's Hospital will move today as new equipment is installed.
A new MRI scanner is due to arrive at the facility in Braddan, meaning the bus stop near the main entrance will be out of use.
Instead, there'll be temporary bus stops between the helipad and the main car park from 7am until 8pm on Thursday, December 4.
Manx Care says access from the main car park will remain open as normal.
