An island charity has applied for planning permission to make changes to its headquarters in Braddan.
Hospice Isle of Man has submitted two planning applications - the first for 22 extra car parking spaces outside its premises.
In the second application, the charity says it wants to alter its in-patient entrance and reception areas.
There are also proposals to build a new ambulance drop-off point outside.
