Two men accused of possessing heroin with intent to supply it have been remanded in custody.
20 year old Christopher William Tabern of Rainford in St Helens and 21 year old Gregor Turley of Princes Street in Douglas appeared in court this week.
Both are said to have committed the offence on August 11.
Mr Turley is also accused of one count of breaching a community service order.
Barry Swain, prosecuting, said forensic tests in the UK had now shown the drugs seized by police to be heroin.
More than 32 grammes of the drug, split into wraps of between 0.07g and 0.13g, was found by officers.
No bail applications were made and Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes adjourned the case until September 26.
Both men were remanded in custody.
