A charity in the west of the Island says it won't spend any money on its building until it can iron out a new lease with the government.
Foxdale Heritage, based on the old railway line in Higher Foxdale says it's discovered it has a six-month notice clause in its contract with the Department of Infrastructure.
In a social media post the charity's trustees say they need more security to be able to apply for funding grants.
They say they're now talking to the DOI about amending the agreement, but won't spend any more money on the heritage centre until that happens.
