A charity has published a leaflet to help people travelling to UK hospitals for treatment.
The Manx Breast Cancer Support Group has made the booklet to break down the journey patients have to take when referred to a UK specialist.
It outlines each step of the journey, including checking in at the airport, information about quiet rooms and overnight stays.
Chairman Julie Stokes says she hopes the leaflet will help people cope with what can be a tiring and stressful day.
