Health department consults over eyecare changes

The government's asking for your views on cutting free eyes tests from once a year to once every two years.

The Department of Health and Social Care has unveiled the plans as part of its new Eye Care Strategy.

Its new plan would also see more treatment from the Island's optometrists to cut waiting times at Noble's Hospital.

If you'd like to submit comments, you have until November 27 to do so via the government's website.
