DHA Minister says mental health services must improve

Mental health problems faced by residents are a growing concern that continually needs addressing.

That's according to the Home Affairs Minister - who says many 999 calls have ties to a mental condition.

Improvements to services are making steady progress.

In May, Tynwald committed to a new £7.2 million facility at Noble's Hospital.
