TT Favourite Bounces Back Less Than a Month On From Senior Race Day Crash
Less than a month on from his serious crash on Senior Race day, TT hero Guy Martin will be returning to competition next week.
He’ll be taking part in the Hill Climb Challenge at Oliver’s Mount for the Scarborough Bike Week.
It’s all part of the road to recovery for Guy, this race is considerably more subdued than what he is used to and he’s treating it as a confidence builder ahead of his return to road racing.
He had a very lucky escape when he came off his bike at Ballagarey, sustaining only minor injuries to his back, lung and ribs.
He’ll be returning to the Island for the Southern 100 which runs from July 12th to the 15th.
