The Positive Action Group says it's concerned by changes to the government's freedom of information website.
Questions posed by the public to government departments and statutory boards, and their responses, are published online.
But last week the government changed the way the website works, and the PAG says a number of responses are now missing.
The group says despite government promising openness and transparency, its FOI responses are now being censored.
