Amnesty International's Isle of Man group says it'll hold a vigil for the Palestinian people in Douglas this week.
It's the first in a series of vigils which call for an end to genocide in Gaza - they'll take place on Friday evenings outside the Sefton Hotel on Douglas Promenade from 7pm.
Organisers say the gatherings aren't demonstrations, but a chance to meet in solidarity, as well as share grief and outrage.
They say everybody is welcome to come along to the events and make a contribution.
