The Department of Infrastructure says one of the biggest public events of the TT festival will see part of the main road past the grandstand closed for two hours.
The TT Legacy Lap will be led by women for the first time this year, in conjunction with the Women Riders World Relay.
Glencrutchery Road's southbound lane will shut from Victoria Road to St Ninian's crossroads from 8.30am until 10.30am on Sunday, May 31.
The closure will allow riders to muster at the TT Grandstand before setting off around the course.
