Gran Fondo route and road closures announced

The route for this years Gran Fondo cycling event has been announced, with road closures around the Island expected.

The occasion takes place on Sunday (July 21) and organisers are warning motorists local travel in certain areas could be affected.

They've added due to the large amount of participants certain highways will be shut to allow them to pass through different sectors safely.

IOM Cyclefest took to social media this week to issue details, further information on the closures is available on the Gran Fondo IOM website.
