Routine GP appointments will be unavailable this afternoon (Tuesday) as GPs attend a training session.
Appointments won't be available between 1 and 6pm - anyone who needs to see a doctor urgently should phone their surgery for an appointment with the on-call GP.
Practices will still be open as normal to collect test results, make future appointments and order repeat prescriptions.
This latest education session for GPs will focus on the Health and Care Transformation Programme.
