The government's committee on the Island's built heritage is looking for the public's opinion.
The Select Committee was set up after it was agreed government should take a cross-departmental approach to conserve, preserve and enhance the built environment.
The committee aims to look at options for incentives and penalties to address the challenges facing those involved.
Anyone who wants to comment on the matter is asked to submit their opinions to committees@tynwald.org.im by June 22.
