The government says it's registered a UK company to stop someone pretending to be the Isle of Man.
In response to a freedom of information request to Treasury, it says Isle of Man Ltd is not an active company.

In its answer, the Treasury says its Chief Financial Officer and Financial controller are both shareholders and directors in the company.
