Government promises no more 'food-based mishaps' following a typo in a survey sent out to residents.

However, some of the letters sent by the Cabinet Office mistakenly contained the words 'tomato puree.'
Government has said 'while they may be a little red-faced in the statistics office,' this has been fixed for the next batch of letters.
