The government has apologised to an ice cream company over a row at the Royal Manx Agricultural Show.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture has taken to Facebook to apologise to Davison's after DEFA withdrew an invitation to the Gelatory to take part in the government's tent.
DEFA says it knew about an exclusivity agreement between the show and the company which prevented gelato being displayed.
And it says it looks forward to seeing Davison's contributing to the economy.
