The Department for Enterprise is looking for four people to head up new organisations - and offering to pay more than £300 a day.
In a job advert, the department says four executive boards need heads, including Finance Isle of Man and Digital Isle of Man.
It says it's looking for outstanding business leaders to head up the agencies, which will run partnerships between the government and private sector.
Those appointed will work 24 days a year - with a salary of £7,500.
Minister Laurence Skelly says the new agencies will be "cost neutral".
