Government confirms new appointments

The Council of Ministers has made a number of new appointments to Government departments.

Lawrie Hooper MHK has been appointed as a member of the Cabinet Office, Peter Greenhill MLC as a member of the Department for Enterprise and Rob Callister as a member of the Department of Home Affairs.

Meanwhile, Tim Baker MHK is the new Chair of Manx Utilities - taking over from Dr Alex Allinson.

Finally, Daphne Caine MHK has been appointed the Chair of the Isle of Man Preservation of War Memorials Committee.
