The Isle of Man is taking part in Better Journeys Week this week.
The project, which began in Jersey and Guernsey five years ago, sees people dumping their cars in favour of other ways of commuting.
It encourages people to walk, cycle or get the bus to work or school to help the environment and people's wellbeing.
The week runs until Friday, May 22 - you can find out more via the campaign's website.
