A Gelatory shop in the north of the Island is expanding.. but has reassured its customers its Ramsey base isn't going anywhere!
'Gelatory' has confirmed its coming to Douglas in 2023 - ahead of a planning application published later this week.
It'll be based at Walpole Avenue in the Island's Capital - at the former Guys & Dolls and Manx Mencap Charity Shop site.
Owner - Rory Dorling says they've outgrown their current kitchen and need a bigger space.
Exciting future plans include Gelato Pastry, birthday cakes and a bakery, alongside a 'gelato school' to host parties and team building sessions.
In similarity with the Ramsey shop - the Douglas venture will open to 9pm.
However, in a post on social media its' owner has reassured they won't be 'abandoning the IM8' and 'Ramsey will remain an absolute priority'.
