Manx Utilities says it's a step closer to a sewage treatment plant for Garff after finishing off land agreements.
In its latest update on the Garff Wastewater Treatment Works, it says it's completed private agreements needed to intermediate pumping stations, and will soon start contacting landowners about pipeline routes.
The organisation is planning to build the facility at Axnfell.
It says it'll hold a public information event later this year before it applies for planning permission in 2025.
