Garff Commissioners have expressed concerns about a landslip in Laxey.
The issue has developed at the former End Café site on the Promenade.
The Board says it's contacted the relevant government departments and authorities to assess the situation.
This includes the Health and Safety Inspectorate, Planning and building Control Directorate and Environmental Health.
Garff's MHKs have also been contacted.
