The Garden Party has said they are now in a position to offer refunds following the cancellation of one of the festival’s days due to extreme weather.
The high winds and heavy rainfall led to the abandonment of the day meaning acts like Reverend and the Makers and Newton Faulkner were unable to play.
The refund process has proved a long and arduous task for the organisers but they have said they are now in a position to issue payments to customers this week.
Paul Salisbury from the festival’s organising team has said it’s an issue that has taken far longer than first anticipated.
