Police are warning people to lock up their oil tanks - after thieves stole £500 of fuel from a house in the south of the Island.
Officers say a domestic heating oil tank in Colby was drained of its contents at some point in the last week.
They're asking people to report any suspicious activity - such as unliveried vans driving round with fuel bowsers on the back.
And they're reminding householders to make sure their tanks are locked and properties are as secure as possible.
