A former pub in Baldrine has gone on the market, with an asking price of £350,000.
The Liverpool Arms closed its doors in 2017 and has been the subject of planning battles as owners Heron and Brearley tried to convert it into homes.
After it won planning permission for change of use, it's now up for sale with Black Grace Cowley estate agents.
The company describes it as an "exciting opportunity for refurbishment and/or redevelopment".
