A former Methodist school in Laxey dating back 120 years could be turned into a home, if planners give the go-ahead.
David Birch of Wolverhampton and his wife say they'd like to transform the building on Glen Road, which is currently unused.
In their application, they say the building hasn't been used for 20 years and is in a poor state of repair, with overgrown vegetation.
The building is inside Laxey's conservation area, and the plans say it would be converted into a house with four bedrooms.
