A Venezuela-born banking official has set up a website urging people to change the way democracy works on the Island.
Juan Kelly, former managing director of Conister Bank, has set up democracyisleofman.com to call for reforms.
On the website, he says he's aiming for three things - the power to sack MHKs, the chance to propose Tynwald debates and the ability to veto laws from Tynwald.
Mr Kelly's urging people to get involved in the campaign via Facebook.
