Local businesses can now apply to exhibit at this years Food and Drink Festival.
This September will see the third festival of it's kind on the Isle of Man. Celebrity chef James Martin will be a special guest at the weekend event at the Nunnery.
Businesses can get involved with the Island's premier celebration of local produce by exhibiting and selling their products, providing a demonstration or supplying catering for Festival visitors.
To apply, exhibitors need to obtain an Information sheet and application form from the Department or download one from www.gov.im/daff It should be completed and returned to Audrey Fowler at DEFA, Thie Slieau Whallian, Foxdale Road, St Johns IM4 3AS or audrey.fowler@gov.im by 13th May 2011.
