Flybe is putting itself up for sale, weeks after announcing a profit warning.
The Exeter-based airline said last month it expected to lose twelve million pounds in 2018.
The company operates routes between the Island and various points in the UK - including Liverpool, Birmingham and Manchester.
It's said to be struggling due to increasing fuel costs, the pound becoming weaker and Brexit-related uncertainty.
