Andreas commissioners say fly-tippers have struck again, after the area was cleared earlier this year.
The local authority took to Facebook, saying those responsible had dumped garden waste at the back of the village bus shelter.
They say the board personally cleaned up the site earlier this year.
And they're now appealing for those who left the rubbish to come back and collect it.
