A five week road closure on Jurby Coast Road comes into force today.
The route between Bretney and Lhen Beach Roads is now shut - whilst refurbishment work is carried out.
The road should re-open no later than February, 12 whilst the DOI completes edge trimming, re-surfacing and ditching.
The works have been deliberately timed to avoid a clash with Manx Telecom’s current communications works in this area.
